Hiphoster collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. The Services are provided by Hiphoster, LLC and its U.S. affiliates (hereinafter “Hiphoster” or “we”). This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information. It applies to the Hiphoster website and all related sites, applications, mobile application, services and tools regardless of how you access or use them.

Scope and Application

This Privacy Policy (“Statement”) applies to I’M HERE, I’LL JOIN, and any other persons that use the Hiphoster platform (collectively “Users,” or individually “you”). You accept this Privacy Policy when you sign up for, access, or use our products, services, content, features, technologies or functions offered on our website and all related sites, applications, and services (collectively “Hiphoster Application”). This Privacy Policy is intended to govern the use of Hiphoster Application by our users unless otherwise agreed through contract. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date. In addition, if the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with a notice by emailing you a notice of the change and the date it will become effective. After this notice period, you will be considered as having expressly consented to all amendments to this Privacy Policy when the effective date takes place.

Collection of Information

Hiphoster collects personal information from or about you when you create an account for, and use, the Hiphoster application, website or platform including contact information (such as your name, phone number, email and other similar information), financial information (such as credit card numbers that you link to your Hiphoster account or give us when you use Hiphoster Application), detailed personal information such as your date of birth, content such as photos. This information may be stored, processed, and/or accessed by Hiphoster, as well as its service providers, for business purposes, including for marketing, lead generation, service development and improvement, analytics, industry and market research, and such other purposes consistent with Hiphoster’s and its Affiliates’ legitimate business needs. Your financial information is processed through Braintree Payments, a PayPal Inc. Service. Neither Hiphoster nor Braintree Payments store your full credit card number, but we store it in the following way 123456*****1234; we also store the name on the credit card, the credit card type (eg: Visa, Master Card etc.), and expiration date. We use this information in order to process payments from one user to another. We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, we may send you a notification if you create an account, a receipt or payment receipt if you use Hiphoster to meet new people, or an advertising email. If you contact us, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing. We use your phone number for account verification. We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we use Google Analytics and Apple Analytics to analyze data about your visits to our sites and applications in order to do things like optimize product design, analyze crashes and to further analyze the traffic on our websites and applications. By submitting information to Hiphoster during the account creation process and/or by using the Services, you consent to such collection and use of personal data. You may choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Facebook). The information we may receive varies by site and is controlled by that site. By associating an account managed by a third party with your Hiphoster account and authorizing Hiphoster to have access to this information, you agree that Hiphoster may collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you download or use our mobile applications, or access one of our mobile optimized sites, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as search results, map availability, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the device’s setting’s menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or the manufacture of your particular device. We may collect and store any information you provide us when you use Hiphoster Application, including when you add information on a web form, add or update your account information, participate in activities, discussions, chats, or dispute resolutions, or when you otherwise correspond with us regarding Hiphoster Application. When you use Hiphoster, we also collect information about your transactions and your activities.

Disclosure of User Information to Third Parties

Subject to all applicable laws, Hiphoster may provide to a third party any information (including personal data and any Hiphoster Data) about Users provided hereunder if: (a) there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, including an accident, relating to an I’M HERE or an I’LL JOIN; (b) it is necessary to enforce the terms of the user agreement; (c) it is required, in Hiphoster’s sole discretion, by applicable law, regulation, ordinance, license, or operating agreement; (d) it is necessary, in Hiphoster’s sole discretion, to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Hiphoster, the Hiphoster Application and Website, or any third party; to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and/or to prevent or stop activity which Hiphoster, in its sole discretion, considers to be, or to pose a risk of being illegal, unethical, or legally actionable. We share information with: Other members of the Hiphoster Team and our affiliated entities; Other companies that we have hired to provide services on our behalf; Other third parties where necessary for our business purposes or as required by law. Regardless, we will not disclose your credit card number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you using Hiphoster Application, or with the third parties that offer or use Hiphoster Application, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with credit card rules, a subpoena, or other legal process.

Access or Change Your Personal Information

You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and reviewing your account settings and profile. You can also close your account through the Hiphoster mobile application. If you close your Hiphoster account, we will mark your account in our database as “Suspended,” but may retain personal information from your account for a certain period of time and disclose it in a manner consistent with our practices under this Privacy Policy for accounts that are not closed. We also may retain personal information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, or take other actions as required or permitted by law. Children’s Privacy

Hiphoster is intended for a 21 years old and older audience and is not directed at individuals under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect information from children or other individuals who are not legally able to use Hiphoster. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. Location-Based Services Consent

You hereby expressly consent to Hiphoster’s use of location-based services and expressly waive and release Hiphoster from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or damages arising from your use of the Hiphoster, or in any way relating to the use of the precise location and other location-based services.


We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. The security measures include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls. Our operations are supported by a network of computers, cloud-based servers, and other infrastructure and information technology, including, but not limited to, third-party service providers. We and our third-party service providers store and Process your Personal Data in the United States of America and elsewhere in the world. We will protect your information as described in this Privacy Policy if your Personal Data is transferred to other countries. By using our Sites and Services, you consent to your Personal Data being transferred to other countries, including countries that have different data protection rules than your country.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and other similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers. We may also allow our business partners and third party service providers to use these tracking technologies on the Hiphoster Platform, Applications and Websites, or engage others to track your behavior on our behalf. While you may disable the usage of cookies through your browser settings, the Hiphoster Application currently does not respond to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from your browser or mobile application due to lack of standardization regarding how that signal should be interpreted.
